    Shipment is free.

     

    Once the order is confirmed, it will be processed and shipped within 2 business days - from Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (Orders placed on weekends are dispatched on the following Monday). In all cases, MARZERI MILANO reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order is not able to be shipped for reasons beyond control.

    Marzeri orders are delivered to customers Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm with DHL Express Courier or other courier chosen by MARZERI MILANO.

    SHIPPING TIME:

    USA and Canada: 1-3 days, according to the final destination

    Europe: 1 day for major cities / 2-3 days for remote areas

    South America: 3-4 days

    Asia and the Middle East: 2-3 days 

    Australia and Oceania: 2-3 days for major cities / 4-5 days for remote areas

    Africa: 2-4 days 

    Please keep in mind that our shipping times are a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. MARZERI MILANO shall not take responsibility for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues though we will try to minimize any potential delays.

    ORDER TRACKING

    Customers receive an automatic E-mail from MARZERI MILANO specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status when order is shipped. 

  • SHIPMENT DELIVERY

    Customers are asked to check the box - sealed with a personalized adhesive tape- carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery.

    Please, sign for the package with reservations if you can see the box tampered with or refuse the package and send immediately an email to info@marzerimilano.com.

    Customers bear the responsibility for the correct input of the delivery address. If the package is not delivered due to customer's lack of cooperation and the package is sent back to Italy, import fees to re-enter Italy and shipping costs will be deducted from any eventual refund.
